Soak the skewers before grilling the shrimp for 30-45 minutes. Peel, devein and remove tails from shrimp. Removing the tails will help the shrimp to cook more evenly and any sauce that is applied, will coat the entire shrimp and is easier and cleaner to eat, your guests will thank you! Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees F. Slide the shrimp onto the skewers.
Melt butter in a saucepan with Cajun seasoning.
Brush seasoned melted butter onto both sides of the shrimp.
Grill 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
